I want to start doing the Keto diet! My partner and I both agreed to start the first of May! I have heard that it does wonders for weight loss but also is really bad for you since it makes your body stop using carbs for energy but rather your fat.

Which sounds great but it makes you SUPER tired and in a pretty bad mood since your body is rebelling the process… BUT I want to try it for at least a month and see how it goes, there are some people who have done it for monthS, plural!

They have amazing results but I heard from a nutritionist friend that it’s terrible for your body’s health. You’re traumatizing your body in a way. So that’s scary! I hope you guys are taking care of yourselves! I will update on this diet as time progresses!
